European Youth Goals study visit at Axizo

Badge earners joined the study visit at Axizo an organisation which focuses on the European Youth Goal no. #7 Quality Employment for All in the Komotini City of Learning explore how they create and support employment opportunities for people with mental disabilities.

AXIZO IKE collaborates with the Association Mental Disability Saints Theodore 'N. Rodopi' aim to remove stereotypes and prejudices about the work of people with disabilities. Thus their integration into the labour market will help fight social discrimination.

Participants saw the work environment, met with company's employees and engaged in collective cooking activities. Based on this experience, participants will reflect and share on this specific European Youth Goal in their cities.

This badge was issued during the Study visit as a part of the European Youth Goals in Cities of Learning cooperation partnership (read more about this project implemented by four partner organisations: System&G, lead partner in Greece, CODEC, Belgium, Badgecraft, Lithuania and System&G Finland.
